Very friendly greeting upon arrival. Service by the same lady was excellent. The food was as described and was served quickly. The food itself was delicious, two completely different meals and couldn't fault them . Overall a very nice visit.
Went on Valentine's day and attention to detail was lovely...material petals, fresh roses and candles. We had an olives starter, very tasty, followed by pizza. Great choice of traditional and modern pizzas made in a real pizza oven, cooked to order. Flavours were delicious. Pricing and quantity were good...even some left to take home. The service was great, attentive and welcoming.
Popped in for Sunday lunch. Food was amazing. Friend had the scotch egg and said it was one of the best he had. I had a burger which was absolutely delicious. Everyone was very pleased with their roasts. Burger was bigger than it looked. Chips came after. Only gripe is that when we ordered we asked for the one starter to come out with all the mains but that got lost somewhere. Worth the wait though. Def be back!
We visited for a meal years ago which was delicious. But more recently visited for breakfast twice. Both times breakfast was delicious! Great quality of ingredients, homemade hash browns and perfectlycooked eggs. The first time my only complaint was the 40 minute wait for the breakfast which seemed very excessive. The second time no such issues and we'll definitely return.
I booked my son and I for Christmas dinner. Our food was just extraordinary and unique. (As always) very attentive staff? The bar area is always packed? with a very good vibe. 5 stars indeed!!!! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience with you.

Really nice quality of of food with a limited (always a good sign) but very interesting menu. Local ingredients offered with portion sizes spot on. Chips are the best I have eaten anywhere! Friendly and efficient service also. A true high quality gastro pub, by far the best in the area of Ravenshead!
