   My wife was unfortunately involved in an accident in Plymouth last week, with two 4 year olds in tow. After waiting an eternity for the AA ( Fourth emergency service upon a time! ) to faff about with their local sub contractor we decided to try and get a taxi back to Exeter . We spoke to Ivor who arranged for Tracey to collect wife and girls within fifteen mins . Tracey calmed down stressed wife, sorted out car seats and luggage and really couldnt have gone to more trouble to cheer everyone up . If you have a crisis , and you cant find the A Team, call Tracey !

   Fabulous taxi service. Easy to book with and literally does what it says in their name ‘ship to shore, door to door’, with very limited taxi companies in Plymouth, I can say I’ve not had a bad experience with these yet so thank you!

   Not recommended. I phoned them to book a taxi for the next day to get from train station to Plymouth pavilions for a show. Was told I can’t book I must just phone them when I need them on friday evening. So I did this, was then told no taxis available. How is this helpful ?? Tried to be prepared but that was not the case.

   Highly recommended! Nick took us, our two dogs and bags from Plymouth to a remote part of Cornwall and back again and the service was great. He was really friendly and the dogs loved him. It was easy to arrange both pick ups and he was spot on with timing. Thanks so much!

   Excellent service! I booked with Ivor at Ship to Shore after having no luck with other taxi services in the area due to the ongoing disruption with the train strikes. I knew I had to get quickly from the ferry port to the station to make one of the only trains from Plymouth to London. Ivor booked me in despite all that, and ensured I knew where the driver (Steve) would meet me and that he'd wait while I disembarked. Overall a brilliant service, excellent value and I'll be using them again (and recommending!)
