    Totaly, unashamedly bloody useless. 3 delivery days, 3 no shows. I can only hope my parcel will eventually get delivered, its only been a week since it arrived at the delivery depot .

    Terrible experience with DX. Repeated assurances the parcel would arrive later in the day - it didn't. Then an email from Maxine saying they were having difficulties. When the parcel actually got here it was ripped open and shredded, the contents soaked and had to be thrown out. Do yourself a big favour and avoid this courier.

    My order has been with DX at their Plymouth Depot since 26th July, I contacted customer services but they couldnt help, I have emailed DX but they havent replied, they scan the parcel every morning for the last 6 days at 5am in the morning but they seem incapable of delivering my order

    This is one of the worst delivery companies I've ever heard of. I had to receive a letter from the government with them, they put me a time slot and everything. Never made it in the first 7 days. On the first day when they said that it was delivering they even gave me tracking of the vehicle that they were delivering with, I was tracking it. Never arrived, even if it was 2 streets away. After in the next delivery they told me that they had it delivered but I never received it. After the next day I was trying to get in contact with costumer support, no chance, 2h on the phone calling the number that they have out fot it, no answer on the phone. After the next day they told me that they tried to deliver but no one was to pick it up, I redirected it to my work place after. On the first day when it was written that will be delivered there, they left me a massage telling me that it was missed, the office was working until 5, they say that they delivered between 12 and 1, impossible. After they delivered it 2 days after. Broken and banned, where on the envelope it was written please don't banned. I will attach the photos. A really bad company.

    I’ll give this many stars however not so bad as I was impressed the customer service did actually assist me and got one item I needed. My passport. So as for the customer service it was fantastic. As for time to deliver that could be better as I were in the loop rescheduling the delivery about 3-4 times. Other times it isn’t so bad only one time but certainly not bad only area to improve on.

    They'll give you the time period that they'll deliver, but they will not inform you if it's going to be late or if they have to change what day it will be delivered. Terrible communication

    Shocking experience with this service. This company has failed to deliver my item 4 times. Finally delivering to a wrong address. Unable to get contact with them numerous times. No phone, no live chat and basically no communication via email. All I can say is this company is Incompetent and cannot contact it’s drivers and clearly divers cannot deliver to assigned addresses. I cannot begin to express the stress and frustration this has brought. No offer to resolve situation either. Shameful.

    Possibly one of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with. Ordered a product with a delivery date for Monday. Monday comes and the date is changed to Tuesday evening. Tuesday evening comes and we are informed that they are unable to deliver with no explanation. It is now Thursday and we see YET AGAIN that our deliver date is moved to tomorrow. On Thursday we were told that our delivery was cancelled because the van was overloaded and our package was taken out. Spoke to someone on the phone who garunteed it was be delivered on Friday. Well it seems that the staff working for dx deliveries are either incompetent or liars as according to the tracking the van got as close as 20 minutes from our address but the package has now been checked into their depot and won't be delivered to us this week. Absolutely disgusting service and I will tell everyone I can to avoid this company. Talking to a staff member of staff on the phone or social media is a waste of time too as they just copy/paste a "we can see it is due to be delivered soon" answer. Save yourself the stress and drive to wherever you are ordering from and pick up your items yourself as it'll be quicker than using DX deliveries.

    Ordered a hob online, placed order for a Monday delivery, never showed. Got text to say they’ll deliver Tuesday. Text with two hour delivery window received, followed the tracker via the link. I was drop 21. After drop 20 the tracker showed the van at the depot in Langage, office closed by this point. Basically couldn’t be bothered with the last drop.

    Absolutely worst courier service ever! They send a text with a time, only not to show. Eventually you get hold of someone, but only through Twitter! Their webchat never works. They rearranged delivery for the next day but it still didn't show!!?? Awful service! Order has now been cancelled as I cant stay in waiting for a delivery that won't show! Oh.. and all their social media is down until Tuesday!
