Following 2 injuries which set my daughter back, Jo has worked on her mental approach in overcoming fears and helped her to set goals and restore her focus to get to where she wants to be. Jo is easy to talk to and has been flexible in making appointments around my daughter’s busy gymnastics schedule! Highly recommend.
