   Thank you to your team who delivered to my mother in Ryde, Not only did they deliver, they also offered to fit a headboard , when it wasn’t fitting properly, they got the tools out and made sure it was a suitable fit. Thank you for looking after my mother in such a nice way.

   I was made to feel uncomfortable whilst visiting this store, I have visited many times when on the island, but today will be my last visit. Whilst walking around the store perusing, It appeared that my wife & I were being either followed or watched by staff members, I had no intentions of stealing any items & those items that my wife wanted to purchase, were put back on the shelves, leaving the store. We were made to feel uncomfortable in this store, but made all the more welcome by the staff in many other stores visited whilst in Newport.

   Readers Interiors is the only company I will buy furniture from on the Isle of Wight, after having problems with a lot of other companies. They are friendly and professional and items always arrive very securely wrapped with no damage in transit. Never had a problem with Readers since moving here in 2005. I would highly recommend them.

   This is a great local business that delivers top quality products and a top quality service. I've purchased furniture as well as smaller items, all of which I've been very pleased with. You can browse and purchase in their large Newport store or shop from the comfort of your home using their online store. Delivery on the Island is with their own vehicle and delivery crew who are always friendly and professional. If you're looking for good quality home furnishings, excellent prices and all from a truly local business, then Readers is the place to go.

   We ordered a load of furniture today (6/8/19) and needed it delivered asap. The gentleman who assisted us in our purchase went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made that possible by liaising multiple times with delivery drivers and such. We are so pleased with the advice and customer service he provided and have shopped here for furniture previously; we will certainly continue to shop here in the future. Definitly 5 stars for quality and customer service.
