Went in to do my shopping and the man has refused my £50 note that I got from a cash machine I done all my shopping and walk to the till and they said they can’t take the 50 pound note very disappointed #dobetter
A spacious shopping area with lots of low cost items for families and pets and some food and drinks
I was in the Walton on Thames store on Monday 28/20/2025 at approximately 4.45 pm and the assistant would not give me change for a £20 note when l was spending over £9 on shopping. I think this is terrible service for such a big chain of stores. Sadly this has brought my faith in the company right down.
Sandana on the checkout was very lovely, friendly and smiley when myself and my partner visited the store a couple of days ago. Was lovely to be greeted by somebody so nice. A great addition to the store.
Pretty regular customer and Friday 01/03/2024 at 11.27am I bought a Lucozade which is 3 MONTHS EXPIRED. My husband opened it and it was completely FLAT he then saw that the expiry date was DECEMBER 2023. How has no employee noticed an item is expired for 3 months?????? Disgusting. It's only £1.50 but I want that damn money back and after this experience I'm done with this place. Cleary none of the staff or management care about what they sell.
Great shopping experience always
Used to sell loads of craft items for kids crafts but these have all disappeared...replaced with clothing. Bit sad
