I went this morning to buy a croissant and other pastries and I didn’t want to waist bags so I put two items in the same bag. It was only self payment open and I couldn’t use it for some reason and I saw a co-op agent standing by the till so I greeted here and asked if she could help me out. She looked at me as I was a ghost she wouldn’t answer my greeting and just open her till and took my payment and all that by giving me a very dirty look. I apologised for disturbing here and she stood there with here dirty look. I think if someone doesn’t want to work he can just stay home. Sorry co-op I will never go back again.

Unfortunately the closest shop to me. Closes 45 minutes early, opens late, is a complete mess. Rude staff. Generally horrendous.

I was going to work this morning and I only have enough time to make a short stop so it’s highly frustrating that I’m made to wait outside Co-ops doors 3 to 4 minutes after their opening time so now without lunch till tea time. I’m sorry but when your an employee certain standards should be kept when serving customers and Co-op has failed this time.

THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS EXCELLENT. THE FRUIT BRILLIANT AND WELL PRICED. VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME. EVEN DURING THE CYBER ATTACK AFTER MATH THE STAFF WERE VERY GOOD. THE CUSTOMERS UNDERSTANDING OF THE SITUATION. I ENJOY SHOPPING THERE. THANK YOU.

One of the staff stares at you in the shop the whole time, that's so creepy and harassing, and always tries to chat with you. if that happens again I will report it to your company

Excellent customer service. 10 / 10 . The manager is a different level of customer service. Well done.

Was really happy when the shop opened as it was close to home and handy to have it opened for so many hours . However, since then day by day getting more and more disappointed. Restocking is never done in time and shop runs out of the most elementary products daily. The Costa machine gets broken so often that it is rarely used and if you want to pay cash, well that’s your bad luck as there is no one at the till ever unless you ask for somebody to come Opening hours are from 7 but the shop rarely opens at 7 on dot so if you’re on your way to work and in a rush you’ll have to do without whatever you wanted to buy as surely the shop is not opened on time( that’s especially on a Sunday) Overall, the start was good but the quality of service has decreased drastically to the point that I rather go a bit further than having to deal with another dissatisfaction

The staff are generally helpful, and you will find a number of items here at really reduced prices (at least till January when their price lock expires).

Handy enough place, saves going into town. Really weird man works there, obsessed sign asking if I am going to work and telling me he has to work at the weekends - well mate, the days you have off during the week I'll be working. Really off-putting. And weird.
