The shop has a wide range of products for any needs, however customer service could be improved, at the till and shopfloor. Furthermore, who works in retail, because facing customers every day, should follow a minimum of self care standards, then shopping would be surely more pleasent.
It’s always nice to help a helpful, fully stocked but never too busy Savers in your local area. Friendly staff at this Savers and the location of this branch is in a preferred part of town (easily accessible but out of the way).
Good shop to buy reasonably priced toiletries, beauty products, cleaning products etc.
The most important thing about Savers is it's amazing prices. Well known brand names across a huge range of items, less than half price. Why shop anywhere else, for many essential household products and health and beauty items. A big plus in this branch is that all staff I have encountered are friendly and helpful.
Usually all staff friendly and helpful. However, a new person (I think) was off-hand when speaking to me and when serving me at the till, handled my shopping roughly-throwing it down,instead of placing it. I felt disrespected. I like this shop and will avoid this person in future and not be served by her.
