   I ordered items to be delivered to me trough uber and I never received the shopping instead the driver was given the wrong order !!!! So I called them they blamed it on the driver the driver blamed it on them and they left me listening to their conversation through the phone obviously not willing to fix the issue, useless staff and terrible customer service!!!!! Lazy and incompetent people that work there !!!!

   I think this was the last time I ever did my shopping at this store! Just bought some fruits and veggies. Half of the easy peelers literally were rotten! Didn’t see unfortunately when put them in my basket … You are way more expensive then other stores around so would be great to check what your staff put up on shelves…

   Honestly the worst shop I've ever been into, I normally use the one a little further up but have been going here to drop my younger sister at school. First visit she was told she couldn't be in the store due to being a school child despite the fact she was with me, an adult. After this I was ID,d for Lucozade sport but not the medication I bought, as if the woman was just trying to find something else to have an issue with. Then a week later I went in today and my sister was accused of stealing in a previous visit!! Despite being told that actually it wasn't us by a different staff member, not ONE APOLOGISED! I was actually livid and cannot believe the ignorance of the staff!! I made a point of getting a receipt and a staff member to serve us because god forbid they accuse us of stealing again I will be taking this further.

   I wouldn't give even a star.Always mess up with my orders or change the items without my permission,and if you are asking for refund you not gonna see it back never.One time I didnt get my delivery at all and they didnt give me my money back till now.Prices are too high as well. Rubbish

   Love to shop at the co-op but I don't like their reward system. Its not as good as tesco clubcard but other than that it's a good place to shop for lower prices.

   Staff is very nice! Just that being a smaller shop it can get busy at times. If you go late evenings usually the salad items are finished! I shop here most of the days

   Very expensive!!! Prefer Asda or Aldi . Store was clean but unfortunately the people in there at the time of my visit didn't seem to want to adhere to the social distance rules, I find this unnerving.

   I have been shopping at this Co-Op regularly for two years now. It usually has a good range of products and the staff have been friendly and helpful for the most part - one has even helped me place my items from my basket onto the counter on one occasion. Even though I’ve mostly had good experiences with shopping at this Co-Op, I’ve had a few issues such as certain items I wanted being out of stock, trolley cages as shown in the photos obscuring shelves and aisles (I was worried this would make things difficult for people in wheelchairs or mobility scooters for example - turns out there was no place to store the cages at the time I took the photos), staff appearing to send customers out of the shop, another customer popping in to ask me for money and a staff member speaking on her mobile phone while she was serving me (very unprofessional, but I guess she was on the phone at that time because it was quite late at night and the shop was very quiet). Other than the issues, this Co-Op is a very convenient shop whether it’s for just a pint of milk or a full week’s grocery shop. 4/5.

   I feel that some of the staff could do with some retraining in basic customer service while others are fantastic. On the whole it's a very clean shop and good value for money. Can't go wrong.
