Stupid shop ripping customers off - charging an extra £1 to top up gas/electricity when using a card to make a payment - do yourself a favor and go to Co Operative or the post office plus the lady at the counter is very rude, when you address any issues she gets all defensive and fights
Great little corner shop that has everything you need for a quick shop. The only issue is their Evri post machine, it doesn’t seem to work properly, but I doubt that’s the shop’s fault. Evri really needs to fix it. The workaround is a bit odd, you have to screenshot your own barcode and zoom in to scan it. Maybe a sign with instructions would help other customers. Otherwise, no complaints.
**AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!** I’ve never been more frustrated with a shop in my life. Costcutter claims they handle Hermes parcels, but every time I’ve gone there, their scanner is "mysteriously" not working. It's the same excuse every single time. This is the THIRD time they’ve wasted my time with this nonsense. I made a special trip out of my way only to be told I can’t drop off my parcel because of their so-called technical issues. This place is an absolute joke. Not only is the service appalling, but the staff clearly couldn’t care less about inconveniencing their customers. No apologies, no offer to help, just blank stares and a "not our problem" attitude. If you value your time and sanity, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this useless shop. They clearly have no interest in providing even the bare minimum level of service. If you need to ship a parcel, just go elsewhere—literally *anywhere* else. This place is a complete waste of time and should be avoided at all costs. The fact that they can’t even keep a scanner running properly tells you everything you need to know about how poorly managed this place is. Absolutely disgraceful.
I have been going here for 3 years since i live 1 min away by car and boss man is always great but the woman is sometimes annoying but most of the time it is great. Over there has cheap prices and not a massive scam and they sell anything from Sweets, Crisps and Drinks

Rude miserable staff. Parcel machine is working but they don’t want to pay for the paper in the printer. I will be complaining to evri about this. They treat customers like 2nd class citizens although they look as if they haven’t showered in a while
Was told by the lady working there that people picking up parcels are not customers and need to wait on the side until everyone else is served. Very angry with that mindset considering I had to leave my double pram outside with my 2 kids as no space inside.
Very rude owner and discriminating customers while talking about them in their own language to his staff and so cheap behaviour telling people’s don’t come to the shop because he owns the shop. VERY VERY ANGRY OWNER. Not have manner to talk to customer.... Never ever will go that shop and will not be recommending any customer. 1
Today I visited this shop there's a lady in the till but she not talking I asked her to help me that I want to return a parcel they are doing Hermes. I saw another man who is putting some alcohol on the shelves I ask him where's the machine to scanner my item for return he say I doing job now come tomorrow what the hell staff are they. I think he is the owner of the shop. I left them and never go back to that shop stupid owner.
