The pharmacy is unbelievably slow. Even though I was waiting with my baby, I had to stand there for more than 15 minutes. There were only two people in front of me, yet the staff moved so sluggishly and without any sense of urgency. It was extremely frustrating.

They didn't accept Always coupon for sensitive bladders, and told the manager is not there today, what a disgrace for both Always and Boots!!! The person didn't even try to solve the problem, and told us to come back Monday when the manager will come back, which is really complicated for disabled person like me
Why doesn't this branch open on time in the morning? Myself and mothers with pushchairs and buggies all outside in the sleet waiting for the lights to come on and the doors unlocked.

Really bad experience at Boots today. I had one person in front of me at the pharmacy and only managed to walk out from there 28 minutes later. I had to pick up a medicine for which they had received the prescription 2 days ago. It was a shambles, from finding it to packing it. Despite I had been waiting for a relatively long time already, the assistant was busy sorting out a prescription for the day after. Really not impressed today, sorry!
4/10/22 currently 09:21 and the store is yet to be open. Chilled goods are left outside as well as pharmacy prescriptions due to the store not being open. It can take a long time to get served here. Store finall opened at 09:27. Opening staff need to get here on time in future
Excellent service, expert opticians, polite & welcoming staff. Booked my appointment online for eye tests upon a request from my GP, They dealt with my health concerns with lots of care and done all sort of eye tests professionally. Staff were kind & not pushing customers to buy, they even volunteered to repair my old glass frame for free to make it suitable for use longer (I appreciate that). They have different choices of frames & vouchers can be redeemed smoothly.
