This supermarket sell stale bread from yesterday at the normal price while hiding today’s bread at the back of the pile of bread. Outrageous
Used to be a very good local shop. However, it is going downhill since they've started taking Uber orders. It sounds like McDonald's in there with the constant very loud beeping of new orders coming through. Unfortunately, it seems staff have been told to fulfil online orders before assisting customers in the shop
Staff are lovely, however, it seems 7/10 times I pop in after work to grab some essentials, there's hardly any stock because of shoplifters. Theres been no security staff at the doors for the past few times Ive popped in and the security that has been there don't look like they can stand up for themselves, let alone a shoplifter.
I feel bad for the staff that work here. They have redbull cans locked up, packets of chicken breast locked up. Wine locked up. The staff here that deal with this on a day to day basis need a raise.
Close everyday 10 minutes early. Ignore the working hours and their opening hours.
Still too pricey. Not a good range in stock. Staff not very helpful.
So far so good, less staff behind the check out areas but I guess this came to surge of customers in the day.
Not pleased. They often run out of cigarettes. Who to blame? Home shoppers, counter clerks, unfit for purpose IT software, human error, contingency planning or what ??!?.
Great food, an excellent selection of items available (for a smaller shop), conveniently located, very friendly and helpful staff
