Toma, the store manager, when i was there assisted me a lot of my paypoint cash withdrawal service. I had bad experience with a few other convenience stores that supposedly offer the same service but declined assisting me due to rubbish reasons. There was a mishap with the system but she managed to keep calm and advised me on the next step and what she would do to follow it up. Just want to drop a note to show appreciation. Thank you

Yesterday at 3.30 pm I brought my disabled father on wheelchair the security man who’s wearing black glasses Pakistani security shouted as to why the wheelchair pumped on the corner as the shop so small. This security man was stalking me and my disabled father and staring at me discremnition when I couldn’t fit the wheelchair and decided to leave the shop he accused me and said that I put stuff in the wheelchair. Unbelievable discremantion this man is horrible no sympathy towards disability ppl. No respect for eldest and disabled ppl. I do argue the coop owner to do something with this security man he wearing black glasses and he think all ppl are shoplifter my father a regular customer but we will never enter co-op at all from now on there’s no respect for eldest and disability old people horrible

Found the Dubai chocolate brownie here! The brownie by itself is very dense and soft. But the overall was way too sweet, pistachio flavour was mild.

I went in for a quick browse before work. Security that always wears sunglasses inside (weird) accused me of stealing a chocolate bar… as if I need to save a pound. Anyway. I ask him to do me a full body search as I didn’t even have a bag. He then rolled his eyes and said ‘go’. RUDE. I asked for manager .. all the manager did was say ‘sorry about that’ .. no apology from security. Absolutely nothing. I will be back and will be taking it further. Rude, disrespectful, doesn’t deserve to be security. Also the glasses inside is very sad to see. As much as I’m sure he wishes he was in a higher position the sunglasses clearly ain’t cutting it and maybe if he took them off he’s be able to use his eyes properly. I’m baffled.

Co op Soho don’t dumping outside the store on the fridges ventilation, that’s really effected the products validation which is a high risk of infection.

Visited today 29.1.23. One security guard and one member of shop staff on duty. Shelves empty. Wrong prices and descriptions on shelves - which is unlawful and the member of staff on duty was blissfully unaware of his responsibilities. He simply did not understand that prices and descriptions should tally. Should I report this to Trading Standards?

Staff are nice enough, selection is okay but the shop is filthy, the biggest example of this is the touch screens, covered in gunk, fingermarks, sweat, what appears to be dried mucus and dust. Disgusting to touch, even more so given we're still technically in a pandemic, I tried to speak to a member of staff about it, really nicely like, but he wouldn't look at me and didn't respond, so I awkwardly stood there until he just wandered off.

Usually ok but tonight was the third time they close earlier than the hours advertised which made me miss my shopping. Opening hours are meant to be 7-11 on a Sunday, got there at 10.43 and they had shut.

RACIST MANAGER RICHARD So I went to this Co-op and a manager called Richard was very racist and gave me the worst customer service. Guys stay away from the store because the stuff are racist and rude, specially a manager called Richard. I saw him treating his staff very badly with zero respect. I asked him a question and he responded rudely and because of my ethnicity he was disgusted to talk to me and help me out. The HR does not address this issue with this manager. I’m disappointed how CO-OP does not address any issues. Never going back in there because of Richard!

Small format grocery store that is tucked away on a back street in Soho. Broad selection given the size of the store, and not normally too busy. There are a number of self-checkouts as well as counter service available. Useful for drinks, snacks etc if you are staying in the Soho Premier Inn that is just around the corner as the hotel does not have room service.
