    I was assaulted by the security guard lady who assumed I was stealing. She should have been doing her job correctly!!! I spend hundreds of pounds in that shop every week for it is near my job.I was so embarrassed to be treated in such a way.. Is this the treatment that a loyal customers receives? And the worst part was the emotional trauma that was brought to my fiancé! What a travesty.!!! 12/01/2024 approximately around 12:35pm.

    Yesterday, I forgot my two bags when I went shopping in coop-holborn. When I went there this morning, I was surprised to find that the evening and moring team helped me properly put away my bags, so I could find them smoothly. Very good team, very good staff

    Old lady ("service") is extremely rude every time I enter the store. She is unfriendly and has made me return things that I bought, she lies about things that are on the meal deal and she refused to give me wooden cutlery once when I forgot and left the store and then returned immediately to get a fork.

    Lady behind the counter is lovely. Never bats an eyelid at my purchases. Always get a concerned look from the bloke on the evening shift after buying a 4pack and 3 red bulls. I'm trying my hardest mate.

    The food quality is good, and this location used to be outstanding. However this location is now disappointing. Cashiers slow down and provide bad customer service during the lunch rush. They ignore customers waiting to be checked out, while talking among themselves. Don't go here if you have limited time on your lunch hour.

    ( grab and go co-op) This is not the co-op where you’re going to buy your local grocery Shopping .. firstly It’s a vary good price for central London because they kept to the Uk wide co-op price, the customer Services is more then satisfactory and the food looks clean and fresh and everything pops out in colour and everything is tidy and neatly laid out , the shop as a fun young modern vibe to it, This place mostly caters to LSE students and Staff due to its location, It’s more of a GRAB and GO and it’s clean and modern and well thought out it’s an impressive co-op shop and is nothing like your local co-op shop you might find in the suburbs of London .. The only negative is you can wait some time to get to the check out in Busy periods but that go’s to show it’s success due to its location pricing and products .. overall it’s a winner! “Despite it being only a small shop I bet it as one of the biggest turnovers per sq feet in kingsway if not Holborn”
