went to buy some bras on sale on tuesday, there were a limited selection but this young hijabi lady from the lingerie section recommended some styles and gave me the advice to size up on the waistband as I said I was experiencing discomfort from my current bra. she offered lovely service and was patient the entire time and as a result I was able to get some great bras that are much more supportive. i forgot her name but she was amazing thank you

Viktoria from the lingerie department made my bra fitting today an exceptionally lovely experience. She was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable, and her warm, reassuring manner instantly put me at ease. Her advice was thoughtful and expert, and she helped me find bras that truly suit me and enhance my shape. I left feeling confident and so well cared for - I canβt recommend her highly enough!

The Food Hall layout needs a rethink, particularly the Organic section. Salad items and fruit and veg right next to RAW meat, not just offensive to vegetarians but totally wrong and unhygienic (potatoβs next to raw chicken, lettuce and cucumbers right next to a rack of lamb, what the heck??). Also shelves are too high causing wastage (example organic blueberries on top shelf not displayed properly and hard to reach).

One of the best M&S Foodhalls in London. Itβs recently undergone renovations and it looks like the store has expanded. The food to-go is on another level. So many brilliant choices.

Newly revamped M&S Food and Coffee Shop at the Pantheon Store. The coffee shop has that Pret vibes to it and I like the way you can get a slice of the Rainbow cake without buying it whole. The food section offers fresh pizzas, roast chicken [previously there], a whole section for Rose wines as well as glass bottled mineral waters.

I am still finding the clothing ranges a little dowdy, but great for basics and still the best for lingerie. Colour please, though, and something a bit different from the generic lounge wear would be nice.

A newly refurbished branch, and it shows. Sensible and logical displays of desirable styles of good-quality men's and ladies' wear. High-quality, nutritious food and drinks on site too. This Marks-n'Sparks will appeal to both the young, aspirational, upwardly progressing and the steadier middle-aged alike. Children and the seniors get a mention here too. Visit it and see for yourself.

Good selection of high quality clothing, including head to toe putfit for working in the office. Efficient cashiers with a smile, not many floor assistants- be reasy to hunt for them. There's a food shop and a cafe.

Appalling on every level. Having been to marks and Spencer stores across most of the U.K., this is by far the worst. There was not a single bit of warmth, kindness or basic customer service on any level. Specifically at the cafe on the top floor, the service was shocking. The server was rude and cold and made us feel unwelcome. We then sat down to very very dirty tables, in a dirty environment (floor, chairs, tables, were filthy). The food in marks tends to be of a good standard no matter where you are. The toasties we ordered came under cooked and stale, after one bite we threw them out. We would have to make do with the scone we purchased β¦. Unfortunately the scone was stale also and we threw that out. It amazes me a big brand in a high profile location does not seem to care about any level of customer service, any level of food quality, or any level of cleanliness.
