I come here especially for the crafted soughdour. Always leave with more than that. Many self-service paypoints; perfect for those of us who do not like long queues.

Concide, concentrated clothing collections. Loved the styling and groupings of clothes that could make up an outfit or be worn interchangeably. I could definitely see dashing in to get a piece or outfit for an unexpected holiday party. Decent try on rooms. Nice food and flower shop also. Fun to see all the holiday special food, gift, and home items.

Great branch. Got off the train from Gatwick on A Sunday evening, and needed something quick to cook for dinner. Very well stocked food hall and helpful staff. Special mention to the person on the self service tills wearing the Evian bottle earrings. Your Customer service skills far exceed expectations.

Excellent large M&S store with a great selection. The clothing department and food hall are both substantial and consistently well stocked. There is a dedicated aisle for home and cleaning products. Checkout is quick, as they have many tills available, meaning queueing is usually not necessary. Note: The café is permanently closed.

Nice M&S this. There is a food section in here which, despite being a notable walk from the main entrance to the store, was well stocked with a good range of options available on a Thursday lunchtime. I opted for the £6.50 lunch deal, picking up a chicken caesar wrap and a smoothie. These were well put together, fresh, and delicious. A solid lunch option I will definitely do again at some point.

Wow! It's had a refit! Looks so open and fresh. Beautiful bakery. The only downside is that you have to check yourself out on those awful self-service checkouts. There are plenty of staff to help at the moment I'm guesdingvthat won't last long.

I made a comment that the price indication on item was misleading. It said “FREE” in large letters with little * and comment in different and lighter font mentioning that this was conditional. A minute after I received a full on extremely rude lecture from a member of your stuff about what I “WAS ALLOWED” to say about the prices at M&S. Ok, point taken. From now on I do my shopping at the @Waitrose next door.

Marks & Spencer is one of favourite clothing outlet. Unfortunately it is winding up its operation from many countries, and instead depending only on online sales. Therefore, when I visited London, I made it a point to go to a Marks & Spencer outlet. This one impressed me. Lots of options in all categories, something for everybody in the family. Good quality. good design, superb feelings.

The foodhall was pretty okay. The men section was poor and overprised. We culdn't find enough urban style clothes. The staff (Shakira) was helpful because the socks I wanted to buy were small for me and she payed my attention to it.
