Staff having personal conversations on their work headsets especially on the till which I feel is very unprofessional. Also the queues are crazy they really need more cashiers at busy times - usually they only have one till person for a queue of 10. Other than this always find something worth buying.

You buy a product, then you can go several times to replace and no product, this means using public transport and travelling out of the area to another shop to purchase. I now tend to use the shop less, as usual my wasted journeys therehave seen me now use an alternative shop as my local.

Good range of stock but customer service unacceptable. Male workers do not care about personal hygiene- the smell...your nose might fall off when passing them by. The worst one was the girl at the till. She was serving me and having a private conversation using the headset- like I did not exist. As a result, she did not scan all the items in my basket, so I came back home to find out that some of my shopping stayed in the shop, because of her incompetence.

Employees were throwing stock across the floor to unload it, one lady came through with a pram and worriedly asked them to stop for just a second so she could come through with her baby. The male employee was respectful and stopped but the female employee (she was wearing a hijab, only mentioning as she didn't have a name tag and there was no other way to identify her) was hysterically laughing at the poor lady trying to get through with her baby. Really unprofessional behaviour, she was acting like a school child

Pretty good Poundland. Well stocked and tidy unlike some I've been to. Still has a really poor blu ray selection though like all of them. I don't understand why they don't restock these or just get rid of them. It's the same 5 titles they have had for about 4 years.

Always pop in to have a look around and never come out empty handed. Now there's P and co range at the rear of the shop you can pick up a few clothing bits for the family at very reasonable prices. Just a shame that it's no long everything in store is £1. Sign of the times where prices have gone up.

Big shout out to Diana for being so accommodating with a returns from another branch. It’s great to see true “customer service” in action. Thank you!

Very confusing store. Lots of fine products but much costs more than a pound and having to keep asking the assistants how much things cost gets a little annoying. However, my good friend Norman Noodle was very impressed by the pot noodle rip offs. He said they were great and worked well for his mother's hair. He loves beef and tomato the best but will settle for roast chicken. Roses are red, violets are blue, Diddy Dave's happy, Cheap noodles and brew!
