   Department service with perfumes is a complete mistake. Today, my husband and I wanted to make ourselves a pleasure and buy a perfume bottle ... We waited a long time for someone to come, when the "charming" lady came up, she had a face as if we were interrupting her in the unfolding of the goods and were intruders ... I asked me to give me a smell to check, my husband also ... Every time she sprayed the paper leaf, she closed the cabinet before we could smell the sample. She gave the impression that she was furious that we wanted to check the fragrances at all ... Before we decided which smell we want to choose"Lovely" lady closed the cabinet and left without a word ...A very unprofessional approach to the client, service at the lowest level. She treated us like air and putting lipsticks to the shelves was more important than sales and help. We went out with paper leaves and without perfumes ..

   I came into boots to other day as I need an item for my sister, the staff were friendly and polite carol was very helpful she took me to the items I needed help me pick a nice gift set ,asked if I needed anything else and then served me at the till straight away. Very helpful and friendly service. Wot a nice atmosphere in the store .

   Would leave 0 stars if i could! Had an issue with a prescription before which was their error, manager completely useless never sorted the issue leaving me out of pocket! Reluctantly went back to get an urgent prescription done and then gone back today to collect it and they’ve gone home! No one including customer service no why it’s closed or when they will be back open again! AVOID!!!!!

   Modern store, good spacing. Easy to move around. Lots of items for sale with many offers. Has counter for prescriptions. Easy shopping experience with helpful staff on the checkout. Has large car park and is vey accessible.
