The cashier guys is really aggressive and impatient, very poor service. His face looks lik he gonna bunch us just because we ask him to help at the counter
The staff was lovely. Helped me with the coop membership card and took me through it without any complain! This guy definitely deserves a promotion!

This Co-op has the best staffs ever. When I visited this branch recently to buy my breakfast for work I must have dropped my card holder with everything in it there. I didn’t realised that my card holder was not with me until the end of the day when I was heading home from work. I was bitterly disappointed with myself and decided to go every places I’ve been that day in hopes to find my holder. I didn’t have much faith on finding it but I decided to go check on this branch anyways. Only for the staff here to have found it and kept my card holder safe for me hoping I would come back for it. All the staffs here are always friendly and helpful but now I know for a fact that they are also the most honest and kind people. I signed up to the Co-op membership and will always choose this brand as my first preference when I shop. I would like to thank all the staff who work there and Ali for their exceptional service. You guys restore my faith in humanity.
I recently visited the Co-op on Baker Street and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received, particularly from Yasaswy, a member of the staff. He was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to assist me in finding the items I needed and offering excellent recommendations for alternatives when some products were out of stock. His friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out and made my shopping experience smooth and pleasant. The store itself was well-organized, clean, and stocked with a great variety of fresh products. I appreciated how easy it was to navigate the aisles, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. Yasaswy’s attention to detail and customer service skills made all the difference, and I’ll definitely be returning to this Co-op in the future. Highly recommend this store for its great service and welcoming staff!
Their Hot Coffee + Pastry deal is great, and the customer service, specially by Shilpa at the front cafe desk, is 10/10.

Convenient. More a place to grab lunch or snacks. Easy to navigate and well laid out. Right in Baker Street station. Very few staff. I have never interacted with them. I usually stop by for a snack when in the area. The automated tills are easy to use. There is also usually one counter as well if you prefer to pay in cash with a member of staff.
