   Went in for a steak on New Year’s Eve. The restaurant was comfortable with nice décor and a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, my medium-well steak came out closer to well-done. I still ate it as the flavour was okay, but it wasn’t anything special. For a budget-friendly meal, I’d recommend sticking with options like burgers or ribs instead.

   We stayed at the premier inn for two nights as we were visiting for a funeral. The staff at this restraunt couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Everyone enjoyed their food and breakfast on both days. Credit to the front of house staff who always seemed to go the extra mile. And credit to all chefs and kitchen staff who had all food out in good time, piping hot, presented beautifully and tasting great. Thank you

   Had two evenings here while on a business trip. It is a solid, well run place. The food was good, the staff were competent and friendly, and the general atmosphere was pleasant. Our server was Charlie. He was a delightful young man g man. Thanks for looking after us!

   We stayed at the neighbouring premier inn so had breakfast and evening meals here. The offer with the premier inn booking is great value for money. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Service was quick with no wait time for tables. I enjoyed the food more than any meal I have had recently. Would definitely recommend.

   Nice place, the decor is modern and inviting,service is good and the staff are friendly and helpful, the food came quickly and was tasty, I had the mixed grill which was good value for money my wife had lasagne and the grandson had spag boll all tasty and hot, plus i had the shredded beef starter again tasty and hot, the drinks are reasonably priced. If you use the carpark be sure to log your number plate when you arrive.

   Went here for Mothers Day and had the ultimate carvery. Very nice meal, all perfectly cooked. Been here for steaks in the evening and never had anything less than a nice meal.

   The first time I have sent a plate of food back it was bound to happen one day ! We drove from torquay tonight for a ride out ! When a chef is sending food out with out checking ! I ordered a plate of new mixed vegetable grill ! Half was missing & looked nothing like the picture on the menu ! I sent it back second time it came out I said sorry not paying 16 pounds for that ! My wife’s Gin & Tonic came with a free gift a spider swimming in it ! The floor staff were fantastic they give us free deserts and a coffee and food which my family eat we only paid for I went home hungry as I saved my self for the night ! It was just bad luck for us tonight!

   I had a wonderful evening meal here with my Dad. The food was really good, especially if you like meat! The price was also very good given the 2 for £12 offer on mains. It was very busy on a summer holiday Saturday evening, but we were looked after by Elle who had a brilliant balance of being super friendly but still being incredibly efficient. Thank you for a great meal!

   fast and attentive service by the staff. menù consistent across restaurants. no mocha, which I found strange as they did coffee and chocolate, so had all the ingredients. guessing case of machines not perfect, still a chance for us humans! meals were well cooked. Not the sort of place would go out of my way for but it was conviently on route.

   Oh my goodness.... Please clean your seating! A previous visitor appears to have serially evacuated themselves over the fabric covered chairs. It's not a good look, people. Asides from this, friendly staff, great food, especially breakfast, which is awesome.
