The shop is nice. Went to buy some nightnurse stood five minutes diddnt get served so nipped to another pharmacy . Also bought a few bits paid self checkout which was really easy. The lady with glasses working on the self checkout today tho really needs to learn to smile or go on a customer service course.
Popped in here today and there's a particular staff member that's always really helpful she works on the cosmetics counter but goes out her way to help everyone it's a rare thing these days good shopping experience.
3 times now repeat prescriptions have been submitted to be told they'll be ready in 3-5 days. 7 days later still nothing. Had to go into store to chase them up and they've actioned them their and then. Isn't good for a type 1 diabetic relying on them to get essential medicines
This Boots store is in a retail area so is fairly large and has all the usual Boots items,medicines, beauty products etc so is quite good for your shopping, plenty of parking too
Always a long queue at the Pharmacy and they don't seem in a rush to serve you, they must be understaffed. Nice staff, but they often don't have what you've been prescribed and have to go elsewhere
Very good. Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff. Only down side is, there is always a queue at the pharmacy counter
Sali in the makeup section was so helpful when I asked for her assistance choosing some concealers to use as contour. Couldn’t have had a better experience!
Pharmacy seems to close at random hours. Even though the sign on the pharmacy says it closes at 8pm, once again it was closed at 5:30pm. Going to have to change to Peak Pharmacy at Kimberley, at least they stick to their opening hours.
