   I had a hearing test at Boots Palace Gardens, Enfield on Wednesday, and the experience was disappointing. The clinician was rushed, uninterested, and barely listened to what I said. He promised to email my results but never did, even though they were on the screen in front of me. I wouldn’t recommend having a hearing test at this Boots Palace Gardens, Enfield branch, it felt like a complete waste of time! Specsavers or Harley Street hearing offers a much better hearing test & service than Boots!

   Sent 17 year old daughter to get something for me as she was in the town, she arrived there at 5.45 and they close at 6pm so she had enough time to pick up the one item needed. However they refused to let her in as said they were closing. They had 15 minutes! Is it because she was 17 and with a couple of friends?

   I’ve visited this Boots in Enfield several times now, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been disappointing. Each time, the staff make me feel like I’m an inconvenience rather than a customer. They often seem more focused on chatting with each other than helping people, and the general attitude feels dismissive. On one occasion, I was even charged for items I didn’t buy, only finding out when I got home. It’s a shame, as I usually rely on Boots for good service—but this branch really lets the brand down.

   Managed to find what I wanted. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The only downside was that there was quite a long queue at the tills.

   Big Boots store with a wide variety of items. More staff would be nice to deal with big queues at the pharmacy section. Generally staff are pleasant and helpful.

   Use the pharmacy here. Always busy but friendly and helpful. There seems to be a major problem with answering the phone however. No one ever does. When I can’t get through to the pharmacy I sometimes try the other departments but with the same result. No one picks up. Ever.
