Food awful, never enough basic stock ie baked beans, gravy etc ready meals disgusting, however staff do their best and are really nice and polite x
The co-op in New Ash Green is a very good local shop . Yes, sometimes they are low on stock and the staff takes the brunt and they are polite back. If only customers are made aware they are not to blame. We have a lovely bakery, fruit and veg section and it's a necessity for the community
staff are hardworking and they are always on their feet. Having relied on the co-op many times it's been really helpful instead of trekking into town to get food supplies, thank you.
staff always friendly, visit here fairly often. got most things you could want. love the strawberry and apple lattice pies they make - yumm
Went in tonight and couldn't find something I needed, at least 3 staff members attempted to help me, 1 helped me look another, when asked, directed us to where it would be, then when it was sold out, a third went out the back to look and found not 1 box but 3 boxes of different flavours as a just in case. Amazing! It's so nice to know that they have such lovely, helpful people working in there
Good selection of produce and easy to park. Service can be a bit slow if you're in a hurry, always seem to wait until a queues get large before opening another till. Produce always fresh and a good selection of fresh meat and fish. Also a good selection of cheese, cold meat etc.
