    I have been into this shop before in requesting for an item to be traded in or replaced, that wouldn't work, just because the packaging that is worth pennies was opened the staff wouldn't offer a refund. If you spend £20 on a product and it's doesn't fit or work, then it's £20 down the drain. Be careful when buying anything from this shop. The staff are also impolite and disrespectful by not communicating with customers properly. A shop that has no refund policies is a total disappointment to all customers. Avoid this shop at all costs!

    Wow straight of the street and into a aladdins place of wonder and fortune u will find evreything you need here trust they have lots of stock and lots of products for all a manner of DIY projects trade and garden DIY jobs big and small... you will also find a post office in here too and this gives you the span of the size of this amazing unit staff are helpful and polite very knowedlogable and very freindly and warm the store is kept fully stocked and stocked a plenty and and the store is clean tidy and presentable and lush bargains galore and galore a bargains would highly recommend this place gold stars and five stars all around

    I am going to give this place a one star due to bad customer service, I asked a staff worker who was stacking the shelves to help me find an item - he almost walked into me twice and I politely said to him ''please watch where you walking''' he didn't apologies. The man on the shop floor is rude and has no manners. I then asked a question about the product and he didn't understand if I was asking question, so a lot has to be asked if he is able to communicate properly. Whenever you have shop floor workers that cannot communicate or understand what a customer is asking is terrible customer service, not to mention the rudeness of walking into someone - especially as the shop was almost empty so plenty of space to walk past someone than into them!

    The post office is great in this store never have to wait, staff are friendly and can not do enough to help you they make time for all there customers. So glad they moved it here other post office was a nightmare. The pound and max store staff are Great also. Always friendly and pleasant.

    Such awful, negative reviews when all they are trying to do is run a business. I find everyone in there always really helpful, knowledgable of where their products are in the shop, friendly and the post office staff are great too. Plus I've never had to queue once! They try to stock such a huge range of products, and it's a handy little place to pop to when you need something. Keep up the good work guys, ignore the negativity! :)
