   I just wanted to say how lovely and helpful Sherilyn is shop/Post Office. She’s always cheerful, friendly, and genuinely goes out of her way to help everyone. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she brings such a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the store. Honestly, she’s the best staff member they’ve ever had – a real credit to the team and the village. It’s always a pleasure to be served by her!

   Rude, couldn’t care less, just bought two packets of Strawberries, expiring 25th, 23rd today, both gone off, no apologies or offer to find some that were in date, huffing and puffing giving a refund. Obviously intellect and customer service low on the list of priorities for employees.

   Post office states open till 6 online but they always shut it early.. take that back.. who knows when that post office is open..every time I go there it’s shut for some reason or another or your just left waiting for like 20mins so don’t even bother chancing it.. go doddinghurst Tesco’s or ongar soo much better and friendly and open! Staff at Blackmore all seem pissed off and stressed..

   I wouldnt even bother using this store. The staff are rude and as for the post office forget it! Despite advertising that the post office are open until 4pm I just tried to drop off some franked mail at 3pm to be told by the lady" I have to pick up my kids from school" as the reason why it was closed

   Horrible and I am fed up with telling them so. What little produce is available is usually out of date if not rotting. Was told today, by the "manager" at 12 noon delivery been held up by traffic. Seriously? He actually stated that customers like the out of date products. When I pointed out they were not reduced he shrugged and he shrugged and said "hey". We are a relatively small community and do not take well to be taken advantage of by a great company like the Co.op. Await your comments (probably in vain)
