   Jonathan is a great holistic therapist. He provides a calm, tranquil environment for all his therapies. It’s not just the treatment rooms but his calm, reassuring presence is so helpful. Jonathan’s calm personality and his wonderful voice alone makes for the prefect backdrop for counselling and hypnotherapy sessions. I am so grateful for the healing I receive each week. I highly recommend Jonathan for anyone who is wanting to find relaxation, healing, or a solution to any day to day or long term issues.

   So I visited Jon in his home studio for a sports massage as I've been having increasing back niggles during strength training. He is very welcoming and ensured I was comfortable throughout the experience. He has educated me on how my body movements are linked, I.e. broke down why I am experiencing this pain and what I can do to prevent it. I've started using some of the techniques he's passed onto me and I've noticed small improvement allready. Hoping to continue this and strengthen my body in a healthy way by continuing to explore this. Thank you for such a supportive environment in which to learn more and for the tools to keep improving.
