Worst insurance company ever seen, please, don't recommend, tried to get a case number they are ignoring our e-mails on purpose, next step to take legal action.
Very corrupted company - we have a case where goods dissapeared during a road transport and this insurance company was told by the transport company to stand down. We're trying to recover the goods and S Rankin is doing absolutely nothing, hand in hand with the haulier that stole the goods. They don't want to give a case number and they don't reply to e-mails.
Very unpleasant first experience. Staff was cheeky and unwelcoming. Very oldfashioned manner of business. Would not recomend
We where checking different quotes from different locations. This on is located in Bachlers walk lisburn they where very helpful during the phone call. We got a better deal elsewhere.
