Tried to obtain a quote with CIP Insurance Brokers. Did not find them particularly helpful. Was miles away from my renewal price and the cover was not great. Will not be back.
What an absolute gem of a company. So after 5 months of arguing I wasn't paying my car insurance and fined as a result to then being told after asking is it true because of how things are here with mot centers can I still drive my car as I've not booked before it runs out and has been checked over by garage to make sure all road legal, to then be told my insurance was invalid because I'd no insurance, so obviously I left them they completely failed on the service they say they provide. To giving them my new address. But yet again there incompetence shows as they still send letters to my old address even through they are sent back saying I don't live there anymore send to my new address. They finally excel in there excellence by sending a man to my OLD ADDRESS even though they new was an elderly person living there ,where they procided to bang on the door scaring the life out of them just to make sure I know of I don't pay them money I will be tool to court. How pathetic use really are , use failed to deliver what use claim use do more than once and still doing it use broke contact with your incompetence so no use are not getting a penny out of me. But I would strongly recommend that use DO NOT SEND ANYONE ELSE TO AN ELDERLY MAN'S HOUSE AGAIN, especially as use have my proper address very sad tbh.
The staff are friendly and helpful but it pays to shop around.
I went in for an insurance quote! I gave my details and went on about my day. The didn't get back to me for 3 day's! I got the insurance on line! So much for supporting local businesses! Service should be BETTER!!
