I telephoned Pat about a window for my Eldiss Avante 362 year 2004 he was very honest and fair. He told me to send a paper copy of the window which I did . The return call was that it was exactly the same as the one that I had, he advised that I bring the old window up with me so that it could be matched up with the new one which I did. After travelling 340 miles up and back to get it the window was spot on. I have to say that this person was a very honest and genuine seller. Thank you Pat hopefully we can have a deal again one day.
