   Would 10000% recommend the pet carpenter ! Harry was very helpful from start to finish with helping me decide on the best designs & colours to go with the rest of my furniture. Was happy to anwser all my questions even to do with the shipping ! The crates were then delivered before the 12 week period they give you so definitely very prompt! The courier (Delivery Guy ) we didn’t catch his name unfortunately, but he was grate ! Kept me up to date with where he was and when he could deliver. He made sure we had the crates inside & safe , even though it was a bit difficult ! He still helped which I’m sure he didn’t have to do ! Will definitely recommending the company! Thankyou everyone who helped us

   Excellent product, extremely well made and fits perfectly in our new home. The dogs love it, we love it, it was a long time coming but well worth the wait. Harry from The Pet Carpenter was helpful and Az who delivered the product was polite and professional. Even after what was obviously a long day for Az I felt that he treated us exactly the same as his first customers delivery. Excellent all throughout. Thank You.

   Absolutely love our crate from The Pet Carpenter! The whole process was smooth from start to finish – I shared my likes/dislikes and some inspo pics, and they came up with the perfect design that was exactly what I envisioned. The quality is amazing and it looks fab in our home. What’s really stood out though is the customer service. I reached out on Instagram recently because my two mischievous puppies decided to go through a chewing phase and damaged the woodwork. Harry was so helpful and went above and beyond – he sent me some metal edging to cover the damage and stop any more chewing, plus a little pot of paint in the exact colour of my crate to touch up the marks. He even threw in some treats for the pups (even though they definitely didn’t deserve them after that haha). Honestly can’t recommend The Pet Carpenter enough – beautiful craftsmanship, fantastic service, and they really do care about their customers long after the crate arrives.

   We’ve had the most effortless experience with The Pet Carpenter. At every single stage, his response by phone, text or email has been not only swift, but also friendly and clear. His designs were based on our wants and his guidance, and were exactly what we’d discussed during an initial discussion. When I had a rethink on the colour, this was accommodated. Harry supported us to access interest free finance, making the purchase possible - the finance process was simple and quick and the company have been efficient and friendly to deal with . Courier delivery was by Az, who was flexible with delivery dates, kept in touch and who, at time of delivery, was so attentive to getting the piece safely into our home and inspecting it together, before signing anything off. He stayed for a brew before he set off on his mammoth journey home and the conversation was brilliant. It was a pleasure getting to know him a little bit. And now to the actual piece - it’s visually beautiful - I love that we could choose the farrow and ball colour which matches our other furniture - and because it’s bespokely made, it fits the alcove literally perfectly. Our Springer loves it in there … she’s been so quiet since it arrived, choosing to chill out in her bed rather than sit with us. Overall we have had the most superb service at every point - from Harry, to the finance company to Az as courier. I feel very fortunate that I have had an experience where not one element of the process has been at all challenging and I’m thankful that Harry orchestrated finance and courier to make it as easy as possible for us. And we love the piece. I can’t recommend this company enough. If you’re contemplating it but not sure, then I hope this review helps to inform your decision.    We wanted a media furniture including space for two dogs and Harry and his team has delivered a beautiful piece. We received the piece last week and just love it, so does our youngest dog as she moved into the new bedroom immediately. My experience from first contact with Harry until delivery has been great! With delivery from the UK to Norway we knew the cost would increase, so we checked the cost of freight and import prior to ordering. We are so happy with the decision to order bespoke furniture from The Pet Carpenter.
