Big shout out to Molly, thank you for your patience and help about the loyalty scheme. Great customer service, and certainly the best person I've ever dealt with at any Pets at Home anywhere in UK. I hope they promote you. it's people with your positive approach that should be leading.
A little on the small side compared to some of the others ive been in but iys clean and tidy the staff are friendly and very helpful and ive always been able to get what ive needed

Poor service. Rude staff. Not very helpful. Had traveled quite some distance to go there for aquarium fish to be told they don’t sell fish until after 4 o’clock so come back then or leave it. Never had this problem at Pets at Home Bodmin.
Good selection of products,raw meat is fantastic my dogs love it, very friendly service, the cool vests are first class and work fantastic.
Disgusting service manager told me bring cat food back 56 miles only to only to be told no sorry as its a multi pack would not refund me for the 3 she wanted them all but 3 pouches was missing cat did not like them so she would not refund me for 3 full boxes after she said she would over the phone wasted day wasted fuel and money and then was down right rude! Never again will I ever use this unhelpful store

Very helpfull with our dog who is 15 and can't walk on shop floor so go to rear of shop they come out to us

The team at Pets at Home in Launceston are always friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and generally well stocked. Situated in a small retail park, there is ample parking just outside and an in-store affordable veterinary practice, Vets4Pets, too. The store is also one of the many adoption centres for 'Support for Pets', a registered charity that offers a safe haven for abandoned rabbits, guinea pigs and other small animals until they find their forever home.
