   Fantastic service from an excellent, kind, helpful and knowledgeable lady. So much fabulous merchandise; including the inflatable collar I needed to stop my dog chewing his paw post surgery. I was at my wits end as he had infected it from constant licking (terrified by the buster collar issued by the vets). She had my back from the moment I stepped over her threshold. Brought my Mum in today and she bought a beautiful duck egg dog bed. Best find in Tavistock for pet owners!

   We went in to get a coat for our borrowed dog as we were planning long walks in cold weather. The salesperson was kind, put our dog at ease and made the trying on of various coats painless. Pleased to report they had a coat that fitted with minor adjustments, at a reasonable price. Good service.

   Placed a order online and sent payment. The company didn’t send goods and cancelled order and refunded without a explanation. Complete waste of my time placing a order. If the company doesn’t want online pet food orders don’t offer this service to start with!

The assistant was so patient, professional and really went out of her way to make sure the chosen harness for my puppy was a correct fit and safe.
