The customer service is excellent, Andrew is very knowledgeable. But praise to all the staff that we have met. And also very polite and helpful on the phone. We by most of our fish from Tamar Aquatics now. The tanks are clean and the fish are healthy. Wish the shop was bigger. That said, we'd spend more. A bigger tank !
Absolutely fantastic customer service, the young lady who was working there gave excellent advice, even showing me how to use a gravel vacuum, came away very happy and will be coming back for all of my fish tank needs

The help and advice has been 10 out of 10 especially as i am a beginner. I have bought a great tank and had great advice on design and what plants and substrate to use. I have been back to the shop many times, not always to purchase but for some advice. Always feel welcome and never rushed. The shop is changing each time I pop in and the tanks are looking really good, which gives some great ideas and I would like to thank the manager in the fish room for all his help.
I came in to the store this week for help on how to set up a new landscape for my aquarium, Andrew was very knowledgeable and helped me design it. It looks beautiful! Great service!
Not to bad of a store good variety of fish for there normal keeper would like to see more fresh water predator fish available down this end some of prices are high some a reasonable but could be due to price of shipping they have great seltolion of equipment for sale staff are friendly and helpfull will vist again
I was just about giving up on this shop and its change of ownership, after over a decade of visiting for my aquarium supplies. But my faith in this outlet has been restored by a very, very knowledgeable male staff member. He was brilliant at advising on the landscaping of my tank from plants to stone, substrate and lighting. I was really impressed by his enthusiasm and his desire to make this an aquatic shop of choice. Well he certainly got my vote and I’ll be back. 1st class service. Well done!!
Really friendly service. The man who served me was happy to answer all my questions about aquatic plants and gave me some useful advice.
