A more expensive McDonald's (slightly) but possibly a more tasty Burger?? Not sure. The people that work in the ards one have always been helpful and friendly.
Way better than the other big name in burgers. My son and I called in and it was top notch. The burgers were fresh the fries were crisp and hot and the drinks had plenty of syrup in them. We will definitely be back.
Anytime I have bought from this place recently the food is made wrong with items missing even with the simplest instructions for example add cheese ,remove lettuce, tomatoes & mustard and they take the items out of an entirely different burger and don't add cheese to the one required. Food comes ice cold, some items look like they where put together by a blind gorilla, so you better have a decent microwave if your ordering takeout or getting a delivery from these people. I used to love burger King but the current staff employed are as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Really wouldn't recommend them at all.
It's a take away I was there last week with Grandkids enjoyed it. This week the food was poor , not sure if it was due to 5pm service.
Friendly staff food was nice and warm and tasty.
Terrible service. Sitting at drive through for 5minutes without any service. All staff could be seen through the window joking and laughing but not working and just letting drive through traffic build up. Bk in Newtownards is a joke.
Absolute dump! Food was rotten. It was cold, chips were green and just over all disgusting. If I could rate it 0 I would. Save your money and go across the road and get a sandwich form Tesco.
Absolute shambles. Get new staff. Order has never been correct when getting a delivery, went in the other day with the kids, had to go up to counter 3 times for stuff missing, plus they all looked half asleep. Tonight was the last time I ever order, ordered a simple meal for myself, recieved someone else's 31 quid order. Delivery man had no idea what I was on about and the shop won't answer the phone EVER. So I'm eating it, sorry Lucie whoever you are.
