   I have unfortunately had to have 2 of my dogs put to sleep in the last 2 months. As a dog owner you know when the time is right. Both vets were absolutely lovely they didn't try to emotionally blackmail you into having further expensive treatments they were both very kind and compassionate. I would like to thank them for the way my dogs were treated. I would recommend Moorgate to anyone Julie Elliott

   Cant praise Moorgate highly enough . They are always helpful , kind and deliver excellent service . Today my lab ate rat poison , they had us in immediately , dealt with us as soon as we arrived and saved her with very little fuss , excellent skill and fabulous support . They always deliver top quality care with compassion and realistic pricing . Thankyou to everyone there once again .

   I've been taking my dogs here since I moved to Bovey in 2018 and now won't go anywhere else. They are amazing, kind, caring, thoughtful, and were so good with my elderly sprollie throughout her last few years. They pulled her through pancreatitis, vestibular disease, and a large benign cancerous lump removal, with fantastic skills and excellent post-treatment advice. My current two are under their care for general maintenance and I love the way they treat all of us, plus the fact that they never employ locums, their own vets cover out of hours emergencies, meaning your pet very often knows the person treating them and they know your pet well too - simply brilliant.

   Fantastic team. Our dog gets stressed just looking at the building, but we have been welcomed to take her in for a visit every now and then, and slowly, that stress is reducing. They go out of their way to make any treatment or assessment as easy as possible for her, and as a real bonus, they look after the worried owners just as much as their pets!

   I recently registered our adopted dog with this practice, as Moorgate Vet group Bovey Tracey practice was recommended to me by my colleague. The reception team were brilliant and managed to get us a vaccination booster appointment within a couple of weeks! We went for the appointment today and the practice is great, plenty of parking spaces, the reception team are lovely! We saw Cameron who was super friendly, helpful and non-judgemental! He carried out an examination, kept me informed; the dog loved him and didn't even feel the needle - simply continued eating her treats! A big thanks to Cameron and the team! Overall a great service, really happy with our choice and would highly recommend.
