   I asked for grandad and dad on two separate ribbons, I also asked that all the flowers be matching with the dad and Grandad , which they was not they was purple. Also the spray was supposed to be blue roses, not daisies, just seems to me that they were cheaply put together and cost over £800 for all of the flowers I thought at least they would be what we asked for ? I personally wont be using this flower shop again for the pure fact that they was not what we asked for none of them matched the granddad and dad. Over priced and cheaply made. Died the next day !! The only thing I can say that was spot on was the spliff no disrespect but you also was late arriving with the most important flowers for the hearse I don’t want no money back, but just acknowledge the fact that this wasn’t any occasion but a funeral, and we asked for specific specialised flowers not just Willy nilly

   This florist did my daughter bouquet and it was. The best I’d ever seen. She has now done the flowers for my husbands funeral and once again, they were the best I’d ever seen. Everyone who attended the funeral commented on how beautiful they were so a massive thank you.

   I can’t thank you enough for making my best friends wedding day. Her original bouquet arrived at hospital where she was getting married - it was provided by the hospital and it was the opposite of what she wanted. She was getting married an hour later - I made a call to Michelle’s flowers and within 15 minutes I was in the shop watching the bouquet being made up. When my friend saw the bouquet she said that’s exactly what she envisioned and that it was perfect and that she loved it. Thank you so much for making her day as perfect as it could be.

   WOW!!! I'm not from the area so found Michelle's Flowers through a google search. Karen went above & beyond and all within a few hours from ordering, my beautiful flowers were received!    Michelle was so helpful and kind during a time of great sadness for my family. My grandfather passed away during lockdown in April and Michelle's service to provide the flowers at such a difficult time was amazing. I understand that there was a shortage of supplies and no contact deliveries which made everything harder. However, the service I received was marvellous and the flowers were beautiful. Thank you so much!
