A park used to be beautiful. Now it is neglected, garden sheds dilapidating, water features with algae, hardly any flowers, fountains that do not work, paths neglected or already closed. Everything deteriorating and getting worse year by year. It exemplifies the condition of the UK - former glory and now decline and degradation.

Nice day out lots to do and see. Nice cafe and shops. Very open not a lot of shelter if the weather turns. Very gravelly if you have limited mobility.

Nice place for a small walk, plenty of areas with shade. A free toilet and a cafe which is ok.

Fantastic place to visit. The history and the story of Byron is great. The grounds are stunning and outstanding. The 6th Lord Byron was truly an amazing man and the more you see the more you learn and the more you want to learn. It's a huge part of English heritage and a must visit.
