   I just want to say a huge thank you to the team for the clean they did on my grandmas house. She has been in hospital with Covid for two months and as she was due to be sent back home, I contacted the company and asked if they would be willing to do a deep clean in her house to ensure she had a beautiful environment for her return. They meticulously cleaned and sanitised all areas, and even put a few finising touches that I know my grandma appreciated. Prices are good value for money and the care and attention given were second to none. Thanks again to Lianna and her team. You are all wonderful.

   So, my nana got a quote for few jobs around the house and only needs the lower works doing. The quote was £150. I knew this was not right so I called the manager. After some negotiation he dropped the price to £50.00, a massive drop.. right?! He told me he would only send 1 cleaner and do a few tasks for her. The day before she spoke to the cleaner who told her 3 cleaners was going to still come and the price was not going to be £50.00! She then told my nana they will be cancelling as it’s not worth it. I contacted the manager (Chris) who had no idea this had happened, he investigated and told me he had limited staff due to illness and the cleaner was probably covering her back due to the illness. So, was they going to come or not? I told Chris after all of this hassle I am no longer trusting. He said fine leave it then. There’s clearly no communication and fake lies to get you to book and go with them. God knows how much they would have tried to charge. 100% lack of professionalism. A lot of flaws in there stories.
