   I have seen the response from the owner of this GOfreshdirect company which left me both disappointed and surprised at such a bizarre response . I am taking this issue to Trading Standards as well as the NCCA . I am not prepared to accept such poor and unreasonable service..Mr Panaysis ruined my white wool carpet and it would be appropriate that his response would be to rectify this error as soon as possible . The visit of GO FRESH Service started fairly amicably , however I was not at all keen on the new 3 corner stains left on a white wool carpet Mr Panyioutis cleaned for £10. I appreciated the low fee after doing my attic carpet beautifully, however when I rang him to discuss these additional stains ( which I would have no reason to make up ), he flatly refused. He stated that he hardly charged me anything in the first place and he got a lot of the old stain out ( not completely) and therefore it was not his responsibility. He quoted his contract and was about as interested in this newly stained carpet ( that I am convinced came from his cleaning solution) as a hole in the head ! His attitude was unfortunate and certainly not customer friendly.I am now left with a carpet ,albeit , with the original stain reduced but now with 3 new yellow soap stains which was certainly not there before he cleaned it . He also dented my wall with his machine which was newly plasters and painted a month ago - which will need repairing . I can not recommend this GO FRESH SERVICE, on any account - both for a fair to very poor job with the added upset of very unreasonable customer relations.NOT GOOD AND NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED!

   Nick turned up bang on time and got to work quickly after setting up his professional cleaning equipment. He was friendly, listened well and was a pleasure to talk to. The rug, stairs and landing carpet look 10x better. Almost like new but the carpet is old. I worried at first because the carpet was wavy after the deep clean and in this weather stays wetter for longer (summer would dry out quicker). This morning nearly all the wavy bumps have disappeared due to it drying out and shrinking back to normal, just as Nick assured me it would do. It’s nearly back to normal today, after having it done only yesterday. So pleased I contacted GoFresh, everywhere actually feels clean and fresh. GREAT JOB and I would definitely use this service again for sure. Would highly recommend.

   I had a sofa with many general stains that had built up over the years. On top of this I had a beautiful large rug that needed some TLC. From the minute I contacted this business, Nick responded quickly and efficiently to my queries. He worked with me to find a suitable date and kept in regular contact right up until the minute he arrived. The results of the cleaning are way above anything I expected, my sofa and rug look like new again. I cannot recommend Nick and his company highly enough. Before you try anywhere else ring Gofresh Direct!!
