   This company has taken money from a frail old age disabled wheel chair bound. Lady of £40 cash. The company was also paid through bank accounts.. when this error was pointed out. The lady said she will pay the money back but we had many text messages passed through and she never mentioned once about having an additional cost for cleaning products etc that we didn’t have the fortnight before on their cleaning. I have asked for the paper work contract To view it. We were denied it.. she started saying half way through many texts about the cost ? She is taken £10 of. But she can’t give me a breakdown of what cleaning products she had used. !! The floors were still dirty and I have taken many photos. As evidence I asked again what products ? No answer this has been going on since 15th January. She still hasn’t paid the money back ..she has not made any effort to even. Pay the £30.. back!! Who does that to a frail old age pensioner. When I said I was going to put this on the net she started to get irritated making threats . Has anyone else had problems with this company .. is called home sweet home..
