   I applied for a cleaning position at Your Help Hub, I was looking for extra hours of work to help with the rise in fuel cost. After the registration process and online interview, I was able to download there app. Where I was able to accept or decline new jobs offered to me. You choose your own hourly rate which was a no brainer for me. I choose where I work and when I work around my family commitments this company helped me find that extra help that I was looking for. Would highly recommend this company.

   I really like the trust element that this company does. I've used so many cleaning companies that say their cleaners are vetted and when I ask the cleaners have you had a DBS check they look at me confused saying no I haven't. This company shows you that your cleaner is DBS, ID checked and fully insured in your cleaners profile never seen that before really great feature. I also like the website & app facility it's super easy to change appointments and message the cleaner if needed. Would definitely recommend to people who are weary about letting strangers in to your home.

   I was very weary using this company at first because i had to pay a deposit to book my clean after speaking with one of the reps in customer services i now understand why. The website is easy to use and easy to navigate and book. I booked a one off clean which Monica did a wonderful job. My flat is sparkling, she was very efficient and she arranged my things which made my flat look less cluttered. I will certainly use this service again. Would highly recommend this company to others
