A first grooming for our two year old chocolate Lab. Katori had been solidly recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. Maddy loved her time there and behaved, so we were told unexpectedly, extremely well (normally a ball of high-speed energy from minute one of waking up!), presenting no problems at all. We were deeply impressed, and she looked wonderful as well as unmistakably happy when we collected her. So - no doubt about it - we'll be back!
AVOID this groomers & save your best friend from unneeded stress. They are extremely unprofessional. On our last visit one of my dogs had a red sore eye. I brought this up with them & had no apology. They wouldn’t take any responsibility whatsoever. Not even sorry your dog is suffering. They said it must of happened in the car ! I left it a while then messaged for an appointment. After taking 2 days to return my message they said we are not welcome anymore because we were Consistently unhappy after every appointment. It was once the last time ? They obviously do not care about animals because now I have to find another groomer which will be stressful for them.

Tried called at 1:30pm on a Saturday before popping over with our dogs, generic ‘leave a message voicemail’. Turned up at 2pm - closed sign on the door. Website says open until 3pm. If you’re going to shut early, that’s fine, but put a message on your voicemail to make customers aware. 45 mins round trip with elderly distressed dog for no reason

Millie our cocker spaniel has been twice. Her last visit was a summer cut which other groomers had given her but they also cut around her ears which I had seen on a YouTube video. We were very pleased with the final look. Will be back.
