   I Inherited a cockerpoo dog in lockdown. Given that I grew up in a sheep farm, I thought it would be very easy to clip so I bought the clippers from Amazon. It was a disaster from start to finish. The dog came out looking stupid and covered in cuts so since then I’ve taken the dog to a number of different dog groomers and I would never of thought there was such a range. The person at the top of the dog grooming pyramid is Justine- she’s a miracle worker. My wife had always complained when the dog came back from the other groomers saying that the tail is wrong and the dogs face looked funny. So if you want your dog to look like a new dog then take them to Justine.

   I can thoroughly recommend Scruffy Pups for their professional and quality grooming service. A hot and hairy spaniel was made much more comfortable by the skill and expertise of Justine who gave him his smart summer haircut. Scruffy Pups is set in a quiet rural location and the calm continues through into her salon. We felt immediately at ease when we arrived, and left confident that he would be well looked after during his first groom. I would be very happy to recommend her services to anyone looking for a competent and caring groomer, and have in fact done so!

   Could not recommend Justine and Scruffy Pups more highly! We have a very bouncy energetic working cocker who was extremely 'fluffy' and was really feeling the heat. Justine returned him looking smooth, svelte, smelling wonderful and looking 'cool'!! She is very patient and caring about her clients, whether they be the fluffy kind or not. Do not hesitate to give her a call if you want really good professional service. We will certainly be back.
