More than happy to pay for exceptional service and for a wonderful gift. Sadly neither available at this florist. So very sad, and deeply disappointing, I'd hoped for more.
We love flowers and order them quite frequently. However our recent experience of ordering flowers from Neill Strain Floral Couture Belgravia was an altogether different experience and we cannot recommend them highly enough. The service was exceptional (Maria and Louise really took the time to understand the type of arrangement we wanted). However, what they created afterwards was truly a floral extravaganza and a floral work of art. (The recipient is something of a flower aficionado herself so the fact that she was blown away by the arrangement spoke volumes to us!)

What a lovely experience I had at Neill Strain Floral Couture today. I required a bouquet of roses but they needed to fit into a very small space (The box on the back of my Harley-Davidson). Space was measured and I returned 30 odd minutes later and was presented with a glorious bouquet of 18 roses that fitted the box perfectly. Thank you for such great service.

shop in the city center of london, more than a flower shop it looks like a flower museum. flowers of all kinds and colors, usually seasonal, of excellent quality, a little too expensive, as it should be. I recommend it if you are in the area.

Neill Strain is just the best florist in London. I am a french florist and highly regards their work ! If you want real floral craftsmanship and luxury..this is the closest to Paris you can find in London. Highly Recommend!
I’ve had some issues with my initial order of a bouquet at Neill Strain. I have emailed them, explained all the situation and provided photos of the flowers that I’ve received. I was disappointed with the store at that point. However, I was immediately contacted by the manager. She has resolved all the issues in the best possible way: promptly, professionally and politely. I was impressed by their excellent customer service and care. A huge thank you to Louise! We have arranged a replacement bouquet, and I received flourishing, fresh and absolutely beautiful flowers! Neill Strain creates gorgeous bouquets, and what is important is that they have a wonderful team of people behind them!
