   Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment as all nighters aren't wise and it's effecting my health. As it would do for anyone. The Woman was very understanding on the phone and kind, I never understand why there's bad reviews to most doctors in northern Ireland. unfortunately doctors are so caught up with peoples lives that they dont have time for themselves. they need well paid to cope. so maybe can everyone treat your doctors with respect and mistakes happen. At least the owner is kind. So therefore I believe that you would need to clap your hands for your docotors as they work so hard, and they are absolutely exhausted. Its a really hard job, so please be thankful for people's time because if your nasty or inpatient there going to notice:) they are human too and dont need stress on a really hard job. But doctors are incredibly smart. Show some human decency please as its not necessary for anyone, being rude is a waste of doctors time and your a nasty human being if you think about you rather than how the doctor is without them having help. Helping them is letting them do there job and being kind to them. And hopefully they get good days out with kind people. Its a people pleasing tiring job... not narcissism as everyone assumes doctor's are mean if a problem goes wrong i noticed, literally just be kind is all im wanting if this place is your docotors. I read all the reviews, so yes I notice:) its a you problem. So be more patient and look on brighter side if things go wrong. Always think ahead and a possibility that something serious occurred. Thankyou if anyone has read this.

   I really like the nurse here as she was patient and understanding. She helped me when i was dizzy from bloods and i think the receptionists are great. the doctors are lovely. Its a nice and peaceful place and the waiting room is cute.

   We have recently been engaging with the practice, my husband for a mental health issue and my daughter for a skin issue. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and compassion from Nurse Practioner Stephen and Dr Kinnear during this time. I will be forever grateful for how Stephen has helped and continues to support my husband. The way they have both interacted with my 6 year old daughter has shown such genuine concern, they are excellent when dealing with kids. All the staff in the practice have been amazing.

   In December 2021 my mother was put on pallitive care .The community nurses were very good providing excellent care as were the Marie Curie nurses providing overnight care .However despite the community nurse going twice to Dr Kinnear to ask him to call to see my mother and also my sister going to speak to Dr Kinnear he kept repeating he could not see her to up her morphine as he had no free appointments.He said he could not up her morphine without seeing her. .I do not understand why she was left in extreme pain for over 48 hours before her care was taken out of his hands as her family doctor and the hospice nurse was contacted .Perhaps he could explain his reasons ?

   God-awful. Good luck getting an appointment and, if you do, it's over the phone. The doctors don't give a damn and the receptionists are busy giggling and chatting while letting phones ring off the line. In response to the Silverbirch resposnse: How dare you. I understand and appreciate the amount of strain that NHS workers are going through - personal experience - but you people do not even *attempt* to care. Having to call in 3 to 4 times for my prescrition script is unacceptable. Stop hiding behind your feeble excueses and BE BETTER.

   As both visually impaired and physically disabled I have always found the doctors and staff at this practice to be a dedicated and friendly team. I have been with the practice for 30 years now and could not desire any better treatment nor expect a more attentive staff.

   Spoke with a female doctor today didn't get her name but she was brilliant and really took her time. Always had a really good service with this doctors:). Think they have dealt with covid very well and even phoning to speak with doctor is made easy .

   Four times I've called. Got through finally. No matter how desperate you are, they are too busy! I don't want to have to justify why I need an appointment. Told doctor was busy and I should call the after hours service instead. After surgery shut. I did. The doctor on call said that this was unethical and bad practice.

   Lovely practice. I moved to the area 2 years ago and have in that time had cause to bring both my small children and myself to the practice for medical assistance. The office staff and practice manager are helpful, polite and friendly. The medical team are knowledgeable and supportive for any matter and patients are made to feel “listened to” and cared for whenever they call. Would not hesitate to get in touch with them if needed, confident in the knowledge that my health is in good hands.

   I have to say, this surgery has been great even during the coronavirus pandemic. I had moved from a different practice and was obviously a bit wary as they didnt know me but I've been in several times for blood tests and the staff and doctors have been fabulous. They have accommodated me in every way. The doctor is so lovely and doesnt make me feel like I am wasting time, instead, he is thorough, professional and courteous.
