I had a delivery to Hertford, it was great service. It was such a fast delivery on such short notice. I highly recommend this florist. It’s the best, really nice customer service!

Amazing!! As a family we have always used Sarah and her lovely team for all our flowers and as soon as we got engaged we knew straight away that we wanted to go with Sarah. Knowing Sarah got married at the same wedding venue herself, from the first planning meeting Sarah told us what worked well and what didnt work as well and how much we needed of everything. Knowing what flowers I love, Sarah along with her team worked their magic. Sarah kept in touch with us and was so patient and kind as well as reassuring us the whole way through Would give more than 5* stars if I could!

I would like to thank the two lovely ladies at The Florist who saved the day for me yesterday. With only 4 hours to go until my hen party started, the company I had booked to do my table centre pieces and decor let me down and cancelled. My mum called this florist who we have never used before (but we definitely be using again) to ask if they had any artificial flowers we could use. I quickly drove to their shop and they offered to make me something with what they had in stock using fresh flowers. Well… in just over an hour they created the most STUNNING centre piece that made our table looked like a wedding. I could not believe how beautiful it was. The ladies were so lovely, helpful and understanding. MASSIVE thank you and I will be recommending you to everyone xx
I used to love the Bouquets they done for me, ordering from here every four weeks but the last two times we have ordered from here they have charged us £55-£60 each, for a bouque with only two or three flowers in but with loads of scrubs and greenery. How you can charge that for barely any flowers is beyond me. The first time it happened was Christmas time so I thought give them a chance but they done it again on valentines! £55 for two red roses with lots of greenery. I will not be returning. Also just to note - I am writing this a feedback for the team so hopefully they realise what they’re doing isn’t fair on their loyal customers and hopefully they change their ways!
