    Been going to this shop for years now. Never had any issues. Cigarette prices are slightly higher than elsewhere but staff are great and always happy to have a chat and help where needed. They're also very nice with my children

    The older gentleman told my three year old off when he was actually trying to put something away properly so it didn't fall (because he likes to be helpful) The man had such a horrible tone, very argumentative too.

    Came here to drop a parcel off but they refused to take it when UPS clearly stated on their website that this shops provides the service I needed but then when I got to the shop they refused because the "driver has already been" so when I told him to take it for tomorrow the guy tried telling me that they don't have the printer for it anyway. If you cannot provide the service you advertise then it's time to change your advertisement mate!! How the hell can you find the time to drop a parcel off before it gets collected when you work full time doing 12 hour shifts a day! Next time shove your attitude where the sun don't shine and provide the service you advertise!

    They have a drop of point for UPS but they dont accept parcels after 3pm. I work full time and only time i can drop parcels is after 3pm. If they carry on i will contact the UPS and have a chat with them.

    It is UPS Access Point. But do not accept parcels after 3pm. In any other UPS Access Point it can be dropped off at any time.
