   Usually a good service but not today. Poor attitude when ordering a simple coffee, zero pleasantries and a belligerent attitude, not seen this waitress before. Never good to make a customer feel as if they are putting you out when asking for basics like sugar and napkins.

   Fantastic service, will definitely purchase again and recommend to friends and family. I called to arrange next day delivery flowers for my Mum, and the team at Branching Out were so accommodating, and friendly. The flowers arrived as promised the next day, and my Mum told me how lovely the delivery person was. The flowers were beautifully presented, and they included a proper card with my message on it. My Mum said that she would give them 6/5, because they were "just wonderful".

   We used Branching out for funeral flowers. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had some unusual ideas and they listened and gave advice and the drinks while we deliberated were very welcome! On they day of the funeral were were absolutely delighted with the flowers. They were beautifully arranged, vibrant and just what we imagined. They really brightened a very sad day for us. Thank you so much.

   I LOVE this place - this is my go to for flowers 100%! The ladies there are so lovely and always help me as I'm always "last min dot com". Always a beautiful, quality bunch of flowers and never been disappointed! EDIT/ADD: Literally days after this post my husband knew me too well and ordered the most beautiful bunch of flowers EVER for my birthday!! Love them!!

   I had the pleasure of visiting this lovely cafe yesterday for the first time. Service and food was exceptional! Great value for money and everything was homemade. It was so good that I decided to visit again today with my dad who was visiting for the weekend and again everything was excellent!! It is without doubt my new favourite place for coffee, cake and lunch. Also despite being run off their feet the staff were so friendly with smiles on their faces.
