Fabulous service....before, during and after purchase. I had to return the beautiful bracelet (through no fault of the store!) and the gentleman I spoke to was very understanding and pleasant. Ordered a gold bracelet from Cashbrokers Grantham. Upon inspection I noticed the two end links were different which raised my suspicion. From experience I know the end links on a bracelet must be the same unless the bracelet was tempered with. In the end I returned it for a refund. A couple of months later I ordered two 22-ct gold sovereign coins. I tested them multiple times with different tools/acids and both were testing as 18-ct gold so returned them for a refund. Beware.
