Really grateful these guys are getting Pokémon into the hands of kids and real collectors rather than just scalpers.

Came with my husband on a birthday trip, he traded in a few games and consoles and got a great price. Great selection of games, my only complaint is that there seems to be too many gimmicky bits like bags, mugs and ornaments etc. It sort of outweighs the games selection. Nevertheless he was happy with his purchases.

The staff are friendly positive and patient. They have a fantastic selection of everything you could want. Wether you're a collector, gamer, geek, otaku or nerd they have something you'll want and love. The store is well packed however it doesn't look cluttered and you can see clearly. They where more than happy to show me items in the glass cases and consider condition of items. I highly recommend to visit.

Beware their "matches CeX" rhetoric. I was very thorough on the phone listing the games I wanted to trade and CeX's voucher price, and was given a price over the phone. I arrive to be given a price and told there was a "misunderstanding" as if I was in the wrong - told one thing and then offered another. Disappointing.

Great independent store! From gaming to pop culture merchandise. Modern board games and retro goodies. Mobile phones, tablets and the ilk. Team seemed knowledgeable and upbeat. A drop in trip netted some titles and merch.

Absolutely amazing we've spent a small fortune in there as a family, the most innovative shop in the eastmidlands.

Now this is my husbands favourite shop and if I'm being honest I really don't mind visiting either. The staff are always welcoming and are never too busy for a chat. This is also a shop where you can sell or trade your unwanted items and I think they allow you to pay weekly for items you might want. Well worth a visit.
